Who is this Adam fellow?
The Elevator Speech…
What Adam lacks in talent he more than makes up in enthusiasm…which it safe to say has gotten him to where he is at today. He’ll tell you when ever the conversation allows that he is from Montana and graduated from what he has dubbed, “The Harvard of the West” as he feels that growing up in Montana has given him the tools that have gotten him where he is today. He is currently a Business Analyst for the #1 sports company in the world.
The not so quick story…
Adam was born and raised in the great state of Montana, a son of 2 busy executives. Adam has lived in such great American cities throughout Montana as Chinook, Great Falls, Whitefish, and last but certainly not least, Missoula. He graduated the from the University of Montana with B.S in Business with a double emphasis in Marketing and Management. Although Missoula is where Adam still calls home and visits whenever possible, he currently resides in Portland Oregon working for one of the most recognized brands in the world.
Before working @ the famous Beaverton based company, Adam held many glamorous positions that have paved the way where he is today such as the 2 year stint as a butcher at the local grocery store in high school, a relatively successful career as a Disc Jockey on 4 radio stations throughout high school and part of college, a Fire Fighter for the US Forest service, and of course the position that truly launched his career…a Bounce/Bartender at Red’s Bar in Missoula, MT.
He frequently mentors students from the University of Montana as well as gives guest lectures at his Alma mater. When not working you can generally find him with friends, hiking, camping, cooking or contemplating the finer parts of life and business over a martini or a fine 18 year old scotch.
